Prince Julian and I will be departing the Palace this Saturday afternoon. We intend to circle the city by carriage. We will pause briefly for a few words at each of the major rallying points of construction throughout the city, though I intend to avoid the slums for convenience's sake. Namely, the south square, the upper district market, and the trademen's row. I am sure he will also wish to stop at several guildhouses; no matter.
We will stop for roughly one hour between seven and eight in the evening at The Crooked Fang, a tavern neither high class enough to prevent what we hope will occur nor low class enough to arouse overmuch suspicion. It is located on the east end of the city, I will have it marked for you. I will leave you two to ensure that the required whispering about this planned circuit will reach the proper avenues.
I will need one of you to situate yourselves in the tavern before we arrive; I will be busy ensuring his Highness is in as little danger as can be managed, and will require you to gather any information I may miss. The other of you will remain in the Palace, in my stead, should they seek to take advantage of our absence and further their so-far preposterous methodology rather than accepting our obvious offer to approach them directly. I could care less which of you remains where; you've plenty of time to discuss it among yourselves.
If your mother insists upon making herself a nuisance to these plans, Brittany, I will deal with her directly.
